This is by far the most asked question of me.

Truthfully, I don't know the answer to how it all works. I suspect that energy healing & animal communication are possible because we're all energy, so we're all connected. We were created with the ability to communicate with and through our energy.

This is immediately followed by "Do you need to be in the same room as me and/or my animals for it to work?"

This is an easy one to answer. NO :)  You can be on the other side of the world and you'll receive the same benefits as if we were standing right next to each other. In fact to me, it'll feel like you're right in front of me.

Energy can transcend time and space and can be transmitted from a distance. That means I can tap into the energetic field of a person, animal, or even a plant, anywhere in the world, and get information. This is the communication part.

I can also see and sense imbalances in the energetic field and, along with the innate intelligence of the person/animal/plant, can help bring it back into balance. This is the energy healing part.

However it works, I'm grateful we were created to connect with one another in this way and to be able to tap into the healing powers of the universe!
