Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I completely understand that life happens! Please know that the energetic connection for your session begins as soon as you book, so your appointment time is a special space held just for you. If you can’t attend live – I’m happy to complete your session remotely and send you the insights afterward, so you still receive the full benefits without delay. If you need to cancel or reschedule – please give at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations: Full refund minus a small $8 transaction fee. Reschedules: Full credit (good for 12 months). If a second reschedule is needed, your session will simply be conducted remotely instead. Emergencies - If a true emergency prevents you from being present, please reach out and we'll handle it with care. How to make changes - To cancel, email me at ellen@ellenschaffer.com. To reschedule, email me or use your booking link to make the change yourself. Please note – There are no refunds for missed appointments or dissatisfaction with results, as this work is intuitive and outcomes are unique to each person and animal.
